Evaluate material consumption and follow up with management team

Crew management

Evaluating/assessing safety hazards

Daily photo updates

Send out formal correspondence to superintendent team and GC/Client

Maintaining project schedules

Optimize job tasks, schedule, and manpower on site

Keep team updated on completion goals

Effectively communicate job status with superintendent team

Organize and plan job tasks and schedules

Coordinate crew members to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget

Complete field crew timesheets and daily progress reports
