Development Assistant - (Rathgeber Village Campus)
The SAFE Alliance is dedicated to stopping abuse for everyone by serving survivors of various forms of violence. They are seeking a Development Assistant to support their Development department with data entry, event support, and donor communication workflows.

Responsibilities
Assists with data entry, imports and exports across fundraising platforms
Supports development events and campaign execution
Helps manage donor communication workflows
Assist in event and stewardship efforts
The CDO's scheduling needs for donor meetings and internal development planning
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Minimum 1 year of nonprofit development, data entry, administrative support, or fundraising operations experience
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency using donor software; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to generate and basic reports and queries
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Confidentiality and professionalism in handling donor information
Comfort managing leaders' calendars and sensitive schedules
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive data-entry tasks
Moderate office noise environment
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally for event materials
Evening/weekend work for event support as needed
Pass all required criminal history background checks (including an FBI fingerprint check if applicable), as well as a pre-employment drug screen and TB test, if applicable

Experience working with Razor's Edge CRM or similar database systems

SAFE Alliance benefit plans are effective the first day of the month following thirty days of continuous employment.
Benefit plans and benefit start dates are prorated based on date of hire and hours worked. Eligibility in employer paid benefits, paid time off and holidays are dependent upon full-time employment status and/or hours worked and may be subject to change.
