The role involves organizing events, building relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to foster customer engagement and increase restaurant traffic.

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate, and attend local events, sponsorships, and community activities to promote the brand and drive customer engagement

Implement creative strategies to raise brand visibility and awareness within targeted communities

Identify and pursue opportunities in surrounding neighborhoods, schools, organizations, and businesses to increase restaurant traffic and sales

Develop and nurture strong business relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and partners to foster goodwill and collaboration

Monitor and analyze the percentage of sales generated from field marketing events and community engagements; provide regular reports and insights to management

Conduct on-the-ground research to understand community needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends that can inform marketing strategies

Actively participate in local sales efforts, including outreach, sampling, and promotional activities to drive immediate sales results

Work closely with restaurant managers and the corporate marketing team to ensure alignment of local and national marketing efforts

Required

2+ years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or community relations, preferably in the restaurant or QSR industry

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Self-starter with a proactive, 'boots on the ground' mentality

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or sales tracking tools a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
