This role involves deep research, Turkish-language content evaluation, fact-checking, and prompt analysis to improve the quality, safety, and performance of Large Language Models at scale.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated content in Turkish for linguistic quality, factual accuracy, relevance, and completeness

Conduct in-depth domain research using credible Turkish and global sources

Perform meticulous fact-checking and accuracy verification to prevent misinformation

Review and assess Turkish prompts and AI model responses for effectiveness and alignment with research goals

Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model outputs

Collaborate with GenAI researchers and engineers on data evaluation workflows

Innovate and optimize data collection and evaluation workflows

Maintain high throughput while meeting strict quality standards

Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Required

Turkish language expertise equivalent to first-language usage

Must be currently based in the United States

Demonstrated ability to read, write, and evaluate Turkish content at an expert level

Graduate degree (mandatory)

Strong academic background

Deep cultural, linguistic, and contextual understanding of Turkish

3–5 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following: GenAI / LLM evaluation or testing, AI data annotation or labeling projects, Linguistic evaluation or content quality review, Research, fact-checking, or editorial QA roles, Prompt review or prompt engineering, Experience working with AI data platforms such as: Appen, Toloka, TELUS AI, Scale AI, Remotasks, RWS, Lionbridge, Outlier, Centific, or similar

Expert-level Turkish reading and writing capability

Strong analytical, research, and fact-checking skills

High attention to detail and quality standards

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, NLP, and their limitations

Familiarity with AI writing and evaluation tools

Awareness of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices

Ability to work with structured data and evaluation frameworks

Must hold a graduate degree

Must demonstrate expert-level command of Turkish

Must be available for full-time work (40 hours/week)
