They are seeking an experienced Electrophysics Engineer to contribute to the development and validation of Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) requirements and architectures, integrating complex systems and components into higher-level systems for the continued airworthiness of various platforms.

Responsibilities
Perform trade studies, modeling, simulation, and analysis to predict and optimize E3 performance
Work towards achieving Electromagnetic compatibility of electronics, wiring, and structure
Interface with manufacturing and coordinate with suppliers to ensure system compatibility
Support project management by coordinating work statements, budgets, schedules, and conducting reviews
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, engineering physics, or physics
Familiarity with Electromagnetic concepts such as RF isolation, shielding, grounding, and filtering
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required
7 or more years of related work experience
Experience in the defense or aerospace industry
Familiarity with standards such as MIL-STD-461/464 and/or DO-160 EMI/EMC
Background in Aerospace Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3)
