Strong practical experience using an Object Relational Mappers (Linq, NHibernate, EF)

Required

Expert Java/J2EE knowledge (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JMS, Web services)

Knowledge of mobile and social networking technologies a plus
Strong in building complex, n-tier applications using C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server
Strong practical experience using an Object Relational Mappers (Linq, NHibernate, EF)
Ability to work in a startup environment
Basic understanding of industry practices
General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic presentation and speaking skills
Basic interpersonal skills

Preferred

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
