Audit all car deals for Lithia and CA compliance

Request and process lien payoffs

Processing of cash receipts

Process loaner car retirements, flooring payoffs and stock ins

Process loaner car stock ins and flooring requests

Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc.)

Posting to Intercompany accounts

Posting of New & Used Car Deals

Recording of wholesale vehicle sales & purchases, lease buyouts

Process Refunds checks, customer referrals checks and broker checks

RDR, Rebate Reconciliation

Finance Reserve Reconciliation

Schedule reviews and maintenance (SAR understanding, SPARK Notes)

Process Journal Vouchers

Understanding of all Product Payable lines and ability to reconcile Statements

Understanding of accounts receivable

Balance Intercompany transactions (ARAP)

Month End close duties and month end checklist

Month End duties (balance sheet and MIS review)

Payroll processing in coordination with corporate payroll partners

Other duties as assigned
