Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize product sales and enhance customer engagement
Monitor inventory levels and manage product displays to ensure an inviting shopping experience
Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge and customer interaction
Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Maintain a clean and organized retail environment that reflects the Woodhouse brand
Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns and special events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in retail management, with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff
Knowledge of spa and wellness products is a plus
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training is preferred
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
