They are seeking a highly motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to guide customers through the financing process, present products and services, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Structure finance and lease deals to meet dealership and lender requirements
Present and sell finance products, extended warranties, and protection plans to customers
Secure financing through approved lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and disclosures are accurate and compliant with legal standards
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, rates, and dealership policies
Achieve monthly sales and finance targets while maintaining high CSI scores
Protect customer information and adhere to all privacy and compliance guidelines
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
CDK a must
Econtracting a must
Preferred
Previous experience as an F&I Manager or in automotive finance strongly preferred
Strong understanding of automotive sales and finance processes
