Responsibilities
Service and repair commercial and residential garage doors, operators, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, springs, and hardware
Install new doors, operators, and commercial-grade systems safely and efficiently
Clearly explain repair options, preventative solutions, and completed work
Use our proven good/better/best model to present solutions and collect payment
Maintain tools, parts, and inventory in your company vehicle
Qualification
Required
Prior commercial garage door experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Ability to work in heat, cold, and non–climate-controlled environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow established processes
Reliability and professionalism
Preferred
Experience working on commercial garage doors
Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet
Ability to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment
