Responsibilities
AI-Powered Content Creation: Utilize AI tools such as MidJourney and Runway to develop mini video campaigns and interactive visual activations that enhance event promotion and audience engagement
Develop and implement comprehensive brand and event marketing strategies that align with the organization’s objectives and target audience
Lead the planning and execution of various events, including Ai Summit and Ai Workshop
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, fundraising, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive event messaging and branding
Manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless event execution and cost-effective solutions
Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content to effectively market events across multiple channels
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our event marketing strategies
Analyze event performance metrics and gather attendee feedback to assess success and identify areas for improvement
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful event planning and execution
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for attendees
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and effective time management
Preferred
Working knowledge of using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Passion for advancing equitable and ethical technology solutions
