Apex Multifamily Builders is looking for a skilled Handyman/Maintenance tech to join their construction team. The successful candidate will estimate and perform repairs across multiple projects, serving as a vital bridge between the company, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

Project Estimation:

Walk through projects with subcontractors to evaluate work scope and requirements

Assist in gathering and comparing estimates from various subcontractors

Ensure clear and detailed communication of project needs and expectations

Repair and Maintenance:

Perform small repairs and maintenance tasks across different sites as required

Address issues such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc

Ensure all repairs comply with local building codes and quality standards

Coordination and Communication:

Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and company management

Coordinate schedules and facilitate communication to ensure smooth workflow

Quality Assurance:

Inspect repair work to ensure quality and completeness

Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Reporting:

Maintain detailed logs of walkthroughs, estimates, repairs, and any related communication

Provide regular updates to supervisors and relevant stakeholders
