Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media content calendar, crafting engaging posts, graphics, and videos that align with TechEquity Ai’s brand and mission
Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions with the community
Track social media performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights to improve engagement and reach. Optimize content based on trends and audience behavior
Support marketing efforts for major events such as the Ai Summit and Ai Workshop by creating promotional content and engaging with audiences
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles
Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices
Knowledge in graphic design tools (e.g., Figma and Adobe Express) and proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an ability to create compelling content
Experience in audience growth strategies and engagement tactics
Knowledge of AI, technology, or nonprofit sectors is a plus
Preferred
Ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences
Strong project management and organizational skills
Passion for advancing equitable and ethical technology solutions
