LHH is looking to fill an Accounting Manager role for one of their clients. This position involves ensuring the accuracy of financials, supporting business partners, and leading a small accounting team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own the general ledger and make sure assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses are accurately recorded

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and help produce financial reports

Work with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews

Manage and develop 3 direct reports, helping them grow in their careers

Support Operations by providing guidance on financial statements across multiple locations

Review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP

Help maintain strong internal controls and compliance practices

Look for ways to improve processes and introduce automation where it makes sense

Assist the Director and Senior Director with projects and research as needed

Jump in on other tasks as they come up
