Responsibilities
Reviewing and determining the accuracy of all files
Scanning physical documents into Resware
Submitting closing documents to the county for recording
Sending executed closing documents to lender
Sending recorded documents to the client and the lender
Participating in learning and development activities to expand knowledge base
Supporting the OSN Markets as applicable
Other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in the closing/legal industry, reviewing and assessing a variety of real estate documents
Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment, managing customer and client facing conversations
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a time-sensitive environment
Flexibility to shift focus throughout the day depending on market priorities
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite products
Attention to detail
Organized and able to multitask
Good problem-solving skills
Preferred
BA/BS from an accredited institution
Experience with Resware
