Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless manufacturing of commercial chillers

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes

Monitor and evaluate manufacturing performance through testing and analysis, making necessary adjustments to meet production goals

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to safety and manufacturing

Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment, testing, and product build

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability

Analyze current process to identify and mitigate ergonomic risk

Design flexible workstations to efficiently respond to fluctuating seasonal demand

Required

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Electrical Engineering

Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
