Assist with short-form content creation using Vizard
Schedule Instagram Reels for the week
Daily software monitoring and triage
Filter mentions and support outreach opportunities
Support and monitor social media accounts
Assist with Instagram post support for the Mastering the Zodiac account
Assist with email review and responses
Qualification
Required
Available 6–8 hours per week
Miami-based preferred
1099 Contractor
Background in social media, content, art, or design is a strong plus
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Experience working in a remote setting is preferred
Familiarity with astrology or creator-based communities is a bonus
Preferred
Familiarity with ClickUp (task and workflow management)
Familiarity with Awario (media monitoring and outreach)
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow support (Example: Vizard)
