Document discrepancies and/or errors in reviewed policy documents
Prepare written correspondence
Process endorsement requests
Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards
Process cancellation notices
Process invoices
Maintain electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner
Maintain regular, pro-active communication with service team members
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience
High School or GED
