In this role, you will assist with insurance servicing questions and provide excellent customer service to borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Handle approximately 35-45 inbound calls per day, with each call lasting an average of 11-14 minutes
Address inquiries related to homeowners insurance from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
Manage questions about payments and coverage, ensuring quick and accurate responses to meet internal and external standards
Utilize multiple systems to research and document phone calls efficiently
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve issues professionally
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of recent customer service experience, preferably in a call center or front desk/admin role
Proficiency in using a Windows PC and navigating software systems
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone and email correspondence
Reliable internet connection for remote training and work
Preferred
2+ years of call center experience
Basic computer literacy (passing score of 70%)
