Information Technology
Responsibilities
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Issue debit cards, money orders, and other drafts
Assist members with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and through the drive-thru
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies and regulations
Balance cash drawer daily and manage currency transactions with the vault
Support other departments as needed (Loans, Accounting, Member Services, etc.)
Perform branch opening and closing procedures
Utilize internal systems for transaction processing and reporting
Assist with training new tellers and participate in ongoing compliance and regulatory training
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills and a welcoming, professional demeanor
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly
Math aptitude for handling cash transactions accurately
Retail or service industry experience is acceptable
Preferred
Previous teller or cash-handling experience
Familiarity with financial services or banking operations
