Responsibilities
Create two (2) Concrete Place & Finish Crews of 3 to 5 people, max
Work directly with (hands-on) crews/students to teach pouring, placing, vibrating, finishing and curing concrete tilt-up panels, slabs, site work and foundation
Work with the Training Coordinator to develop and implement effective concrete training curriculum, programs, and on-the-job training
Manage the enforcement and implementation of all safety procedures, and routinely inspect work, tools and equipment to ensure it is well-maintained and in safe working condition

Required
Solid skill set in concrete construction
Leadership experience
Planning skills
Passion to make a life-long impact in the lives of men and women in Haiti
Ability to create Concrete Place & Finish Crews of 3 to 5 people
Hands-on experience in pouring, placing, vibrating, finishing and curing concrete tilt-up panels, slabs, site work and foundation
Experience in developing and implementing effective concrete training curriculum and programs
Ability to manage the enforcement and implementation of all safety procedures
Experience in inspecting work, tools and equipment to ensure it is well-maintained and in safe working condition
