Responsibilities
Personally ideate, create, film, and edit short-form video
Build repeatable content formats that scale views
Design hooks, pacing, and endings intentionally
Obsess over retention, rewatches, and shares
Ship content daily or near-daily
Constantly iterate based on performance and audience feedback
Understand how TikTok, Reels, and Shorts differ — and create natively for each
Build organic followings from the ground up
Develop content systems, not one-off posts
Test formats aggressively and kill what doesn’t work
Stay ahead of trends without chasing empty virality
Understand how content compounds over time
Actively engage in comments and DMs
Turn viewers into fans, fans into advocates
Listen obsessively to what the audience responds to
Make the brand feel human, present, and trusted
Identify baseball creators before they blow up
Collaborate natively — not transactionally
Seed products into culture through content
Build long-term creator relationships driven by shared taste
Be the guardian of brand voice on short-form

Built or significantly scaled short-form channels
Personally driven videos to hundreds of thousands (or millions) of views
Proven you can create content people actually watch and share
Understand baseball culture deeply (players, parents, youth sports)
Experience building brands through content — not ads
