Responsibilities
Manage technical execution
Coordinate internal workflows
Maintain high standards of quality across projects
Performing structural analysis
Conducting detailed calculations
Creating and reviewing structural designs using advanced software
Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
Collaborate with clients, architects, and construction professionals to deliver safe and efficient engineering solutions
Travel for job site visits associated with initial building surveys, feasibility studies, and construction administration services
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure within a short timeframe
Approximately 4–8 years of structural design experience across a range of building types
Ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment while meeting client goals and deadlines
Proficiency in performing Calculations and Structural Analysis to determine load and stress factors on construction materials
Willingness to work in Revit and assist with the development of construction documents
Experience developing or reviewing RAM elements and/or RISA analysis models
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in wood, steel, concrete, and masonry systems is highly desirable
Authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship
Preferred
Professional Engineering licensure
Experience with developing RAM Structural System and RAM Concept models
Proficiency performing steel connection design
Previous experience in the construction management sector
