Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance products and policies
Excellent Communication skills to build relationships and explain insurance options effectively
Customer Service skills to provide exceptional service and maintain client satisfaction
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and meet sales goals
State licensing to sell insurance or willingness to obtain the necessary certification
Preferred
Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software is a plus
