Intern, Earned Marketing
Pandora is the world's largest jewellery brand, specializing in the design, crafting and marketing of accessible luxury jewellery. The Earned Marketing Intern will assist in various tasks across marketing, events, and PR to support the team and gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities
Create & send daily digest to the full Earned Marketing team which includes industry and social media news, competitor audits, etc
Booking shipments and messengers for deliveries
Asset support and organization (i.e. pulling photos from Pandora Library for VIP or press requests)
Assist team with event related tasks including vendor research when needed (venues, musicians, photographer, florists, production services, AV needs, etc.)
Assist in booking VIP travel and glam (i.e. cars, planes, hotels, dinner reservations, glam)
Assist with the execution of VIP room-drops
Support VIP Specialist with talent suggestions + social media tracking for gifting (press and VIP)
Creation of new talent decks on a weekly basis
Weekly TikTok trend research (sharing TikTok concepts that are brand safe / use commercially approved audio)
Organic influencer coverage tracking (adding tagged posts from influencers from Traackr into our spreadsheet)
Schedule monthly Twitter (X) content
Support PR Coordinator with the upkeep of the PR Salon including product organization, supply inventory and the management of the bi-weekly cleanings
Tracking, receiving, organizing, and storing orders for events and PR Salon (i.e. votives, candles, containers, décor, materials, supplies)
Support VIP & Product Associate Coordinator with all team product needs such as:
Supporting maintenance of GPS (i.e. checking once or twice a week on status of returns)
Partner with Associate Coordinator to input new cycles + samples into GPS
Assist with influencer & PR product send-outs for campaigns and sample requests
VIP, PR, & influencer sample trafficking: pulling product, building product, packing, shipping of product, and tracking for shoots, VIP dressings, editorial, and event needs, as well as any last-minute product pulls across the board
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, in either fashion, marketing, or public relations
Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects
