Account Executive
Bloomeffects is an innovative, female-founded conscious beauty brand expanding in major retail. They are seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to drive sell-through performance in-store, represent the brand, and manage a team of field freelancers.

Responsibilities
Actively sell Bloomeffects products in-store, engaging consumers, driving conversion, and exceeding sell-through goals
Train and motivate store associates on product knowledge, brand story, and selling techniques to improve ongoing performance
Managing a freelance budget, recruiting and maintaining a high performing team ensuring all doors within assigned market meet sales targets and have a strong in-store presence, ensuring brand standards, merchandising, and tester maintenance are consistently executed
Execute in-store events, launches, and promotional moments designed to maximize sales and consumer engagement
Track in-store performance, provide field insights, and share feedback with internal teams to support sales strategy and execution. Manage freelancer budget and ensure sales targets are met by door
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in major specialty retail sales with skincare experience strongly preferred
Confident, energetic seller with a proven ability to engage customers face-to-face and close sales
Willing and able to spend the majority of working hours in-store, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally on the sales floor
A genuine enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, and conscious brands
