Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed desktop procedures

Conduct QA reviews of data-collection products, reports, methodologies, and business-rule changes

Validate documentation against technical specifications, XML guides, and data-collection standards

Support the creation of e-learning modules for various data-collection activities

Standardize documentation workflows and manage content within SharePoint

Review communications and ensure clarity and accuracy before release

Support certification/recertification activities for incident-based reporting

Conduct independent assessments of data quality, business rules, and documentation practices

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Business, Criminal Justice, or related field

Experience with national crime-data reporting or statistical programs

Knowledge of federal documentation standards and training development
