Responsibilities

Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives, requirements, and expectations

Establish and coach Testing Standards to be followed for the implementation program and drive stakeholder acceptance, must have strong technical background in testing in automation test data management

Communicate effectively to align testing initiatives with overall business goals

Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to senior stakeholders on test strategies, progress, and quality metrics

Identify and analyze business opportunities in software testing, including emerging trends, industry advancements, and potential areas of improvement

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about testing practices and industry benchmarks

Develop strategies to leverage testing capabilities as a competitive advantage and drive revenue growth

Lead the Testing CoE by establishing the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap

Define and implement testing methodologies, standards, and processes to drive consistency and efficiency

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Testing CoE

Possess expertise in automation tools and frameworks to streamline test execution and enhance efficiency

Evaluate, select, and implement automation tools that align with organizational goals and project requirements

Develop and maintain a robust test data management strategy to ensure accurate and secure test data availability

Oversee end-to-end test delivery across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget

Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases in collaboration with project teams

Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to continuously improve quality

Proven experience as a Senior Test Lead or similar role, with a focus on managing senior stakeholders and identifying business opportunities in software testing

Experience in end to end management of at least a couple of automation projects

In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and industry trends

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail

Experience in implementing and managing a Testing CoE is highly desirable

Drive Test Design and Execution for Functional Integration Tests, E2E Tests, Integration Tests and UAT

Guide the Testing Team to identify, develop and organize Test Scenarios, Test Cases and variants as per the business requirements

Enable evaluation of functional integrity of the technical solution through relevant quality engineering solutions

QA Tollgates design, implementation and rigorous application through solution implementation lifecycle

Day to Day governance of Testing Lifecycle tasks across implementation lifecycle across testing stages

Hold self and others accountable to the committed deadlines and ensure successful deliverables

Required
