Responsibilities
Project Management: Leads and manages the end-to-end lifecycle for new investments post-approval, including due diligence and closing, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget
Cross-Functional Coordination: Acts as the primary point of contact between the investment team and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes and communication
Performance Optimization: Develops and implements strategies to maximize asset value and operational efficiency, including proactive maintenance schedules and service contract management
Financial Oversight: Creates, manages, and reports on annual operating budgets for each asset. Monitors financial performance against projections, analyzes variances, and approves relevant expenditures
Reporting & Analysis: Prepares and presents regular performance reports to the Director of Investments, detailing operational status, financial results, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Vendor & Partner Management: Sources, negotiates with, and manages relationships with third-party service providers, property managers, and other external partners to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in asset management, project management, general management, or a similar role involving financial and operational oversight of assets
20% travel required
Ability to work between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday, with flexibility to work at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
