Responsibilities
Define and execute Digital Workplace architecture strategy and multi-year roadmaps
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, standards, and governance
Partner with Enterprise Architecture, IT, and business leaders on solution design
Guide portfolio planning, budgeting, and technology investment decisions
Lead technical governance, vendor evaluations, and standards compliance
Drive innovation across collaboration, endpoint, cloud, security, and mobility
Provide architectural leadership from concept through implementation
Present architecture strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders
Mentor technical teams and support change initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of IT architecture experience
Preferred
Digital Workplace architecture & strategy (5–10 year planning)
Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SCCM, Citrix, AVD, endpoint & device lifecycle
Cloud, security, identity, collaboration, and virtualization technologies
Agile/Lean methodologies, automation, Power Platform, AI tools
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Utility industry experience preferred
