Responsibilities
Identify and secure new automotive dealership accounts in your region
Increase product sales and enhance overall dealership department performance
Deliver comprehensive in-person training, coaching, and mentorship
Increase dealership performance & customer retention utilizing our unique solutions & processes
Monitor and evaluate account performance metrics
Establish policies and procedures for newly acquired clients
Set and manage goals for both personal objectives and dealership partners
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Finance & Insurance (F&I) and experience in the automotive, powersports, RV, or related industries
Candidates without F&I management or dealership account management experience should possess prior professional sales experience in networking, establishing, and sustaining relationships with automotive dealership executive management teams to be considered
Proven sales and business development skills, including managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
Self-motivated and excellent at working independently in a remote environment
Ability to develop customized solutions and strategies tailored to client needs
Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to make professional sales presentations
Learn & develop a working knowledge of the company's range of products and solutions
Openness to learning and utilizing the company's CRM platform
Willingness to travel within your designated region, maintain a reliable vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license
