Responsibilities
Design and implement web applications using Replit for rapid prototyping and deployment, focusing on user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven tools
Develop and manage robust databases with Supabase (Postgres + Vector) to support AI agent functionalities and data storage
Build and refine AI agents tailored for the marketing world, including applications for advertising campaigns, social media engagement, and content generation
Prompt and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agents to enhance AI model accuracy and reduce hallucinations, particularly in content creation and information retrieval tasks
Work directly with the Co-Founder and Head of AI, participating in strategic discussions, receiving masterclass training, and contributing to the overall AI strategy. We communicate primarily via Slack and track our projects using Linear, ensuring efficient collaboration and transparent progress
Utilize modern IDEs such as Antigravity or Cursor to optimize development workflows and leverage AI-assisted coding
Qualification
Required
Interest and foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG
Familiarity with Python programming language. Beginner level is fine
Experience with or a strong desire to learn Replit, Supabase, and AI agent development frameworks
Knowledge of modern IDEs like Antigravity or Cursor is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in prompting large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Manus
Experience with Claude Code and GitHub for collaborative development and version control
Preferred
Knowledge of modern IDEs like Antigravity or Cursor is a plus
