Responsibilities
Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Manage payroll and employee benefits
Prepare tax returns
Provide management and leadership around corporate and property tax matters
Support external CPA firm procedures
Manage and monitor cash flow activity and available cash resources
Maintain company insurance policies and property management/property and casualty program
Ensure effective internal controls are in place to comply with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems
Oversee accounts payable function
Qualification
Required
Broad finance, tax, and accounting experience
Wants to be a partner with the CEO to drive finance strategy and revenue growth
Communicates effectively and confidently
