They are seeking an HVAC Project Sales Manager responsible for developing and closing project-based sales of in-floor convector systems within the U.S. construction market, focusing on long-cycle, project-driven sales.

Developing and closing project-based sales of in-floor convector systems within the U.S. construction market
Identifying suitable residential and commercial construction projects
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders
Driving opportunities through the HVAC specification and procurement process
Managing own pipeline and engaging directly with decision-makers
Converting identified opportunities into secured contracts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HVAC project sales, building systems, or construction-related business development
Clear understanding of how HVAC solutions are specified, approved, and procured within construction projects
Experience working directly with developers, engineering firms, general contractors, or other project decision-makers
Ability to identify real projects and engage with stakeholders at early and mid-project stages
Comfortable working independently in a commission-based, results-driven role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to manage a long sales cycle
Preferred
Existing professional network within the HVAC or construction industry is highly preferred
