Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Criminal Defense Law, Criminal Law, and related legal frameworks
Strong skills in legal research to analyze cases, statutes, regulations, and precedent
Ability to develop effective defense strategies and represent clients in court proceedings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft legal documents concisely and persuasively
Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona (or ability to obtain licensure promptly)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with strong organizational and time management skills
Commitment to ethical responsibility, client advocacy, and providing exceptional legal representation
Preferred
Trial experience and familiarity with local court procedures are highly preferred
