Senior Staffing Business Development Lead

They are seeking a Senior Staffing Business Development Lead to drive business development initiatives in staffing and recruitment services while establishing and nurturing client and vendor relationships. The role involves developing strategies to meet revenue goals and managing accounts to ensure superior customer service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, including pipeline management and lead generation, to acquire new clients for Kellton’s IT staffing services
Identify and secure new business opportunities with a focus on contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements
Leverage personal networks and industry expertise to generate high-value leads and build relationships with C-level and senior executives
Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term contracts and partnerships
Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and proactively reach out to prospective clients based on their staffing needs
Collaborate with the recruiting manager and practice leads to deliver optimal staffing solutions that meet client requirements
As the sales team grows, mentor and manage other sales professionals, developing their capabilities and aligning team goals with business objectives
Provide guidance, support, and training to the sales team to maximize their potential and ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy
Collaborate with the recruiting and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful client engagements
Lead the creation of tailored solutions to address client-specific needs, ensuring a strong alignment between proposed solutions and client expectations
Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a positive client experience and uncovering opportunities for growth and expansion
Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction, developing strategies to improve the client experience
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Recruiting, Hiring, and Staffing Services
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service with a results-oriented approach
5+ years of proven experience and knowledge in staffing services and recruitment processes
Ability to establish and maintain client relationships to drive new business development
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Previous experience in staffing, vendor management, recruitment, or a related role
