InternCulture Timing partners with small and midsize businesses, as well as higher education and government institutions, to develop leaders and support change management. The Student Intern will support the development and delivery of leadership training programs, assist in culture assessments, and conduct research to inform strategies for organizational change.

Responsibilities
Prepare, format, and finalize proposals, executive summaries, reports, and presentations in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and/or Google Slides
Apply consistent structure, layout, branding, and visual formatting across all deliverables
Transform rough content into clear, client-ready materials with strong attention to grammar, readability, and flow
Create and maintain templates, slide masters, tables, and reusable components to improve efficiency and consistency
Conduct quality checks for formatting, typos, spacing, numbering, hyperlinks, and overall visual alignment
Organize and maintain a document library of past client deliverables, templates, and design assets
Conduct light research on AI business application, leadership, organizational culture, change management, higher education, and related topics
Summarize insights into short briefs, tables, callouts, or slide-ready content
Support content development for proposals, client sessions, and strategy documents
Assist with documenting requirements, features, user personas, and workflows for an AI-powered personalized learning agent (and other future AI-agents to be defined)
Help structure prompts, inputs, and outputs to support the logic behind personalized learning pathways
Support creation of early product mockups (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva, or Figma-style formats)
Test early product scenarios and record observations, improvements, and potential enhancements
Maintain a simple product backlog of ideas, requirements, and updates
Attend occasional working sessions (to be scheduled around intern’s availability) and capture notes, action items, and follow-ups
Maintain version control and track deliverable deadlines
Recommend and support execution of marketing campaign to generate new leads
Schedule client interviews and workshops
Light data analysis of interview notes or evaluation results
Helping prepare dashboards or visual summaries
Communicate progress, questions, and risks proactively
Uphold confidentiality and data protection for all client and product work
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Research, Data Analysis, and Report Writing
Strong editing and document formatting skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Slides)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently
Comfortable working in an unpredictable, project-based environment
Strong Project management, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a global perspective on cultural understanding
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Entrepreneur, GenAI, Communications, Organizational Management, or related field
Preferred
Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools
Curious about AI technologies and application
Interest in Culture, Leadership Development, and Organizational Change
