We pride ourselves on our ability to take complexity and translate that into meaningful actions and high-quality, timely decisions. We have a strong track record of helping the organization execute more effectively across a number of different programs and initiatives. We do this through clear thinking, problem-solving, implementing improved operational measures, and influencing and coaching tactics

Partner with PMO leadership to define, implement, and document the standards and best practices for integrated planning at client
Develop and maintain high-level, integrated master schedules that connect multiple program and project plans into a single, cohesive view
Own the change management of the integrated master schedule
Analyze program schedules to identify, monitor, and visualize the critical path for client's key company objectives, highlighting key dependencies and resource constraints
Collaborate with and support Technical Program Managers (TPMs), providing them with analysis, tools, and coaching to ensure their program schedules align with the integrated plan
Conduct "what-if" scenario analysis to model the impact of schedule changes, technology risks, or scope adjustments on our top-level goals
Generate and present clear, concise reports and dashboards on program status, critical path health, and risk to senior leadership
Help evaluate, select, and configure the planning and scheduling software tools required to scale our integrated planning capabilities
Develop and deliver training materials to ensure the successful adoption of new tools and processes across the organization, driving user proficiency and engagement
