The role involves overseeing hiring, supporting tutors, managing social media presence, and engaging in community networking and sales.

Responsibilities
Actively monitor local community groups and social media platforms to "mine" for job leads and families seeking educational support
Respond to inquiries for tutoring and "Sell" our services and be lead customer service support
Conduct in-person "drop-bys" and sales calls to local schools, learning centers, and partner businesses to build brand awareness
Attend community events as the face of the company
Manage our digital presence by creating and scheduling 5–7 engaging posts per week
Maintain a "dignified" brand image in all public communications according to system standards
Manage client inquiries and oversee the matching process between students and tutors
Facilitate the onboarding of new students and tutors; ensure tutors meet professional qualification standards
Collaborate with the Owner on Client payments and Tutors payments
Qualification
Required
Ability to commit to 10 hours per week during the school year and 5 hours per week during summer months
Successfully complete a mandatory 1-week online initial training program provided by the Owner of RSB Educational Services
Must sign a 2-year post-employment non-compete and a confidentiality agreement regarding proprietary systems
Benefits
Bonus of 2% of Monthly Net Profit.
Bonus of 4% of Monthly Net Profit.
