Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to architect end-to-end solutions across underwriting, claims, policy administration, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives
Align IT strategy with business goals and ensure technology solutions support growth and innovation roadmap
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
12+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect in the insurance domain
Deep understanding of insurance business processes – underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle, reinsurance, and customer servicing
Hands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar
Strong expertise in enterprise integration (SOAP/REST APIs, ESBs), microservices, and event-driven architecture
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
Familiarity with data architecture, analytics, and regulatory compliance in insurance
Experience with digital insurance technologies (chatbots, telematics, AI/ML, customer self-service portals)
Working knowledge of core systems in Life or P&C insurance
Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the insurance sector
