Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-scale chatbot or virtual assistant solutions for internal employee support

Develop conversational flows and convert them into automated chatbot experiences

Integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems for automated processes

Test and maintain chatbot scripts, including error handling and reusable conversation libraries

Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth NLP-driven interactions

Experience in Agile/DevOps environments, strong analytical skills, and ability to design user-focused conversational experiences
