Project Coordinator
Branham Group, Inc. is a second-generation construction company focused on clean renewable energy and sustainable construction practices. The Project Coordinator will support the execution of renewable energy and infrastructure modernization projects by assisting with planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and execution
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and site activities across internal teams and external partners
Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion
Serve as a point of contact for communication between engineering, construction, procurement, and field teams
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
Support compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety documentation requirements
Prepare status reports, progress updates, and dashboards for leadership and clients
Organize digital and physical project files in accordance with company standards
Assist with project schedules, resource planning, and task sequencing
Coordinate material deliveries, vendor schedules, and subcontractor activities
Monitor timelines and flag potential risks or delays to senior project staff
Assist with budget tracking, cost coding, and invoice processing
Support procurement activities, including purchase orders and vendor coordination
Help track labor hours, equipment usage, and other project cost drivers
Coordinate site visits, inspections, and safety meetings as needed
Support adherence to safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
Interface with field supervisors to relay updates and resolve administrative issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management software is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in renewable energy, utility-scale construction, infrastructure, or civil projects
Familiarity with construction documentation processes and terminology
Exposure to scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
