Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads and inquiries related to digital marketing services, including website design and development, SEO, video production, social media, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, online market research, and application development
Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through phone calls, email outreach campaigns, and other online resources and tools
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotes tailored to client partner needs and primary business objectives
Grow organic revenue base to hit personal sales targets
Educate prospective client partners on c3digitus’ comprehensive suite of digital marketing services offerings, including website design and development, SEO, video production, social media, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, online market research, and application development
Effectively collaborate with the account management team to ensure a seamless transition from close to account management
Maintain CRM records and track all sales pipeline, opportunities, and follow-up activities
Keep current and up to date on digital marketing trends, best practices, market intelligence, and competitive activity to enhance sales approach and c3digitus marketplace positioning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration or a related field
2–3 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in a media or digital marketing agency setting
Strong knowledge of the digital marketing services and media environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and Google services suite
Ability to clearly articulate the c3digitus value proposition and corresponding digital marketing services to multiple stakeholders across a variety of B2B industry sectors
Proficiency in proposal and quote creation
