Responsibilities

Support marketing initiatives that drive traffic and strengthen brand awareness across the retail network
Gain hands-on exposure to regional campaigns, local media programs, and retail events to understand how marketing strategies are executed at the point of sale
Help implement localized trade marketing activities, in alignment with brand priorities, including coordinating retail events, complimentary mall marketing, and local media opportunities
Learn to analyze campaign performance data to measure the impact of marketing efforts during key selling periods
Support marketing efforts by collecting and organizing market insights and analyzing campaign performance data to measure impact during key selling periods or event performance
Contribute to the planning and execution of pop-up shops and experiential activations
Assist in tracking engagement metrics and support post-event or campaign reporting to guide future decisions
Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and retail partners to ensure successful marketing execution

Required

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, marketing or communications
Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects
