Responsibilities

Manage accounts with a primary focus on automotive clients
Build relationships with engineering teams and decision-makers who actually use simulation tools
Understand client workflows well enough to identify where consortium members’ capabilities create value
Coordinate between clients and our consortium members
Drive account growth by connecting the right tools to the right problems
Represent multiple cutting-edge technologies, not just one product line
Travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events

Engineering degreeSimulation technology knowledgeRelationship managementTechnical conversation skillsIndustry experience

Required

Engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or related field)
Genuine interest in how simulation technology is evolving—you should care about what makes tools better
Experience working with or around engineering teams (industry experience preferred)
Ability to have technical conversations without needing to be the deepest expert
Strong relationship management skills
Self-motivated and comfortable with remote work
US Citizenship (required)
