Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Assist designers with space planning, CAD drawings, elevations, and finish schedules
Support in furniture, fabric, and material selections
Create and manage project schedules, purchasing plans, estimates, and budgets
Prepare client presentations, sample boards, and 3D renderings
Organize and maintain the sample library
Communicate with clients, builders, vendors, and subcontractors
Handle ordering, paperwork, and general office tasks
Conduct site visits, showroom visits, and client meetings as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or holding an AAS/BFA in Interior Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp required
Strong math skills (budgets, measurements, margins, pricing)
Professional appearance, excellent communication, and strong customer service skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with problem-solving
Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for project/site visits
Preferred
1–3 years of design experience preferred
Cabinetry design, window treatments, or furniture sourcing experience is a plus
3D rendering skills a plus
