Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring proper execution of construction activities, quality control, and adherence to safety standards and code compliance

Maintain and manage construction schedules from project origination through completion, including regular updates and adjustments for scope/design changes and unforeseen conditions

Review and verify architectural plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability; distribute documentation to all relevant parties for timely execution

Review all submittals for accuracy and compliance with project requirements

Verify materials, quantities and place orders as needed throughout the project

Update Buildertrend management software daily with logs, photos, and project updates

Prepare agendas and lead bi-weekly site meetings with homeowners and design professionals; document meeting minutes and track action items

Monitor and track project changes and communicate updates clearly with the internal team

Serve as the primary point of communication with homeowners, architects, designers, and internal staff
