Responsibilities
Own the Technical Sale: Act as the technical authority in prospect meetings, translating Nagomi’s Proactive Defense vision into a clear, quantifiable value proposition
Consultative Discovery: Go beyond the "demo script." Ask the hard questions to uncover a prospect's true pain points and determine whether they are the ideal Nagomi customer (or not)
Architect POVs: Lead the planning and execution of high-impact POVs. You’ll help customers quickly realize the value by showing them their own data in a new light
Strategic Documentation: Create compelling technical briefs, RFP responses, and POV playbacks that help customers articulate the value of Nagomi
Be a Feedback Loop: Work closely with Product and Engineering to funnel field insights back into the roadmap, ensuring we stay ahead of customer needs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or TAM within the cyber industry
Experience navigating the world of channel partners, resellers, GSIs, or MSSPs
Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise networking, and how different security tools (EDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management) talk to each other
Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and NIST
Exceptional ability to explain complex technical risk to a less technical stakeholder (CFO/CISO)
Strong preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone
Willingness to travel for key customer visits and industry events
Preferred
Direct experience with CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management)
Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish)
