Familiar with Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
Able to run DU, stack & submit files, and clear conditions
Strong communicator with both borrowers and Realtors
Thrives under deadlines with a 'figure it out' mindset
MLO License (Required)
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred
Mortgage licensing is preferred but not required if you have strong mortgage/processing experience
