Handle matters related to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
Provide copyright counseling, filing, and prosecution
Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Exhibit strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
Qualification
Required
Well-developed skills in U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement
